COLORADO TRIP ITINERARY

Day 1

Welcome to Estes, Colorado! You made it, and we’re so excited to have you join us for an incredible weekend getaway, designed to help you relax, rejuvenate and experience the great outdoors!

After you get settled into your room you’ll join the rest of the crew for a welcome dinner and sharing circle.

Included: Welcome Dinner, Sharing Circle, Optional Yin Yoga Class

Day 2

Partake in morning yoga before before breakfast. After breakfast you will have the option to go on a scenic hike as a group in Rocky Mountain National Park (RMNP). We will do a guided meditation at the lake. You will have free time in the afternoon to explore Estes, journal, or socialize with your fellow yogis. Optional evening yoga and dinner.
